But no one should suggest that they shouldn't stand behind such an important part of their RV.

But wait...this is an already known issue with Wildcat and Wildcat Chris has already helped others. So while I understand that it's disappointing (to use a gentile term) for the owner, I think FR IS standing behind this.

I agree totally with Oakman.
Have you not seen ANY of the dozens of posts from FROGs that have been to one or both of the FROG Rallys in Goshen and seen how hard these folks work to make things right?
If your issues have not been fixed.....its because you either have not followed the procedure through your dealer, or tried hard enough to do whats right.
With all that was fixed on my trailer this summer at Goshen.....all past the warranty by the way.....and a bunch of things that I did not bring up first ...Just give Forest River a chance to make things right.
Hate reading about the great folks at Forest River being beaten up.

QC in RV Must be grading QC on a curve. If the mfg puts it in the unit and sells it, they should stand behind it. Several times I have experienced fr say no to a claim because there mfg of a supplied item will not stand behind there product. 2x I went directly to the mfg of a component that was failing and I had no problem getting them to approve the claim.

Im really wishing I would have been there at Goshen! I hear and read how great people were treated, repairs made and all the great pr! Look like a lot of fun!
But why cant they come threw for those of us that didnt go?
Oh I have followed the proper procedure as well. Work my butt off too!
The folks at fr or prime time have been great! Just wish the fixes were!
Maybe next year I will go and let them have at my unit!!

You know ..... on a few forums I've signed up for you had to reply to a minimum amount of posts before you could start your own thread somewhat eliminating rants/spam/trolls
