Installing shelving in Work and Play toyhauler

I would like to put up some of the metal adjustable shelving in garage part of my work and play. I have read somewhere there are special bolts that have a rubber gasket to stop water damage when the shelving is mounted to wall. Does anyone know of these and where to get them?

Yes they use them with tin roof screws. Can't remember name but google screws for tin roof and it should tell you.
